Net Debt

Net Debt is a financial metric that represents the amount of a company's total debt minus its cash and cash equivalents. In other words, it's the amount the company would have to pay off if it were to immediately pay off all of its debt using its cash reserves. It is calculated by subtracting a company's cash and equivalents from its total debt, which can include both short-term and long-term debt. Net Debt is used by investors and analysts to evaluate a company's financial health and ability to meet its debt obligations.
